i ♥ this movie.
mum bought it for me after I keep shoving the DVD to her face! Not Literally though.
Another film adapted by a book from : Habiburrahman El Shirazy since Ayat-Ayat Cinta and definitely a must watch. A film which depicts the beautiful scenes from Cairo and places all over Egypt, it made me thought; “I must see it for myself one day.”
Ketika Cinta Bertasbih is a story of a young man who is truly devoted to his religion, Islam, and his principles in life. He stands up for what is right and fights the rights for others too. Khairul Azzam, never fails to help others when they’re in need and he expects nothing in return. Not a day pass that he has forgotten his family in Indonesia.
I wouldn’t want to spill everything about the movie in this post but there is a second part, “Ketika Cinta Bertasbih 2” which I can’t wait to watch.
To choose between AAC and KCB; My vote goes to AAC as I like the plot of the movie better and I think Fedi Nuril (Fahri) is hot! & Rianti Cartwright (Aisyah) is gorgeous. Though, KCB has executed the film well as the movie was really shot in Egypt and I love listening to the characters conversing in Arabic a lot more than in AAC.

Saturday:
spent the afternoon with Love and friends at Costa Sands Pasir Ris for an afternoon of barbecued food and games. Had super duper fun playing Twister, Game Of Life, UNO stress.
To Love: “I think we need to execute our Escape plan soon. >.<”

FLAMES.
Ku menatap dalam kelam
Tiada yang bisa ku lihat
Selain hanya nama-Mu ya Allah
Esok ataukah nanti
Ampuni semua salahku
Lindungi aku dari segala fitnah
Kau tempatku meminta
Kau beriku bahagia
Jadikan aku selamanya
Hamba-Mu yang slalu bertakwa
Ampuniku ya Allah
Yang sering melupakan-Mu
Saat Kau limpahkan karunia-Mu
Dalam sunyi aku bersujud
Afgan - PadaMu Ku Bersujud.
another surprise was Love made me a sandwich, made up of:
ilovinit`. ily.

a pleasant surprise from Love today. Met him after class and he was like, “Kite kene sampai AMK hub cepat.” Then I was like, why? So actually, I finished class at 3 and Love already bought tickets to watch “This is It” @ 320pm. I could’ve guessed it but I do not want to spoil the fun. It’s a nice surprise and Love said it’s to make up for the argument we had over the telephone last night. >.<
This Is It. Definitely the best movie and concert anyone would’ve want to experience. Both Love and I was singing along to all the Michael Jackson’s hits and the rest of the people in the cinema was quiet? My favourite part was ‘The Earth Song’ and ‘Man In The Mirror’. Overall, the effects, dancers, stage, sets and all the careful arrangement of the music was very cleverly planned by MJ that I was blown away even though it’s just the preparations and not the real thing. Too bad “This is It” is only a movie and didn’t had the chance to be a concert phenomenon.
